Final Meeting of the Up-THERM Project held in Rome on 5th June
Rome, the 5th of June 2015.
The Final Meeting of the project was held in Rome on June 5th with the aim of providing the Consortium with updates on the results of the technical work carried out in P2 and of discussing about the final reporting procedures for completing the project activities. The date of this meeting was anticipated respect to the official end date of the project to gather all the partners before the summer break and discuss about how to properly handle the completion of the project activities from both a technical and promotional point of view. The main goals of the general meeting are:

To present the current state of the project activities to the Consortium and prepare/plan the final test phase for the CHP system developed in the project;

To plan a set of dissemination activities to be carried out by the SME partners in the final months of the project;

To discuss management issues and define how to take into account the recommendations highlighted in the First Assessment Report;

To discuss about recent changes to the Grant Agreement (amendment no. 3), and to prepare the final cost claiming according to the Commission’s guidelines and indications.

To create a list of actions and their responsible partner(s), as well as an agreed time schedule for their implementation and revision/acceptance by the rest of the Consortium members.

First technical Meeting
Enschede, the 23th of January 2014.
The first technical meeting represents the opportunity for the RTD to have an exchange of information about the first steps of the project. The meeting was held in Enschede on 23th January 2014, hosted by the RTD performers and by the SME Encontech.
Kick-Off Meeting
Rome, the 13th of September 2013.
The Kick-Off Meeting represents the official start of the research project Up-THERM (contract number 605826) funded by the European Commission under the FP7. The meeting was held in Rome at the LABOR headquarter, hosted by the Coordinator TEP ENERGY SOLUTION.
